This somatic and ancestral approach helps your nervous system process the emotions and experiences that words alone can’t reach. By gently connecting with your body’s innate wisdom, we can access deeper layers of healing and release what’s been holding you back, leading to emotional liberation.

In my personal experience with Brainspotting, my ancestors have been present, helping me not only heal intergenerational trauma, but also providing me with their wisdom and teachings.

How Brainspotting Works

Brainspotting is a neuro-experiental approach based on the idea that “where you look affects how you feel”- David Grand, Founder of BSP.

By focusing your gaze on specific points—called “brainspots”—we access the areas of your brain where unprocessed emotions, memories, and experiences are stored- the deepest part of the brain.

In our sessions, I’ll guide you to notice sensations, emotions, and shifts in your body as we locate and process these spots. Healing happens naturally as your nervous system and your body have the capacity to self-heal and to return to balance and calm.

Many clients find that Brainspotting reaches deeper and works faster and more gently than traditional talk therapy, —creating lasting change from the inside out. Don’t get me wrong, talk therapy is still important, so I combine the two in order to give you the best of both worlds.

Every Brainspotting session moves at your pace.

You don’t have to talk through everything or relive painful memories. We simply follow your body’s cues and let healing emerge naturally.
